I enjoy my town just the way it is...and fail to see the benefit in adding affordable housing. Especially when I work hard for everything I have and am not elligible to save money on housing.

I think people ought to stop worrying about WHO is moving into our town... what are we teaching children if we pass laws that prohibit affordable housing? Or if town states that a certain percentage of new homes are to be labled "affordable" then that just means that some people are going to be lucky enough to live in a decent home. And WHO can afford a house now anyway? 2 full time working adults can barely make ends meet anymore. I think it should be the other way around... only a certain percentage of new homes can be monstrosities that only the richie riches can afford. Turn it around for once.
